Maintains the BIM Execution Plan to the EIR and ISO 19650 on an industrial project in Nilai, leading the BIM team across all consultants in Architecture, C&S and MEP

Prepared architectural technical documentation and drawings across design and coordination stages for The Sail by Sheng Tai Development, one of the largest mixed developments in Malacca
Worked across a nine-tower, two-podium scheme comprising a shopping mall, shop lot offices, hotel and residential units

Prepared architectural drawings and documentation for the Bukit Jelutong mixed development for Sime Darby Property, including Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) housing, a surau and a food court
Contributed to an office tower project for Lembaga Pelabuhan Klang

Delivered submission, tender and construction drawings for a two-phase mixed development by Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) in KL City, comprising an office tower, hotel and shopping mall, and attended site reviews
Attended site and produced as-built drawings for the Regalia Suites conversion from residential to hotel
Contributed to Country Garden Danga Bay in Johor Bahru, a five-phase mixed development including a shopping mall, clubhouse, residential towers and facilities
