What BIM software do you support?+
We work with models authored in Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla Structures, and other BIM authoring tools that export to IFC. Our team handles the IFC conversion and IFC+SG data structuring regardless of which software your team uses for design.
Can you guarantee a successful CORENET X Gateway Submission?+
The CORENET X Gateway submission depends on various factors including whether the design meets the local building code, as well as any data issues as specified in the CORENET X Code of Practice. Bimeco is only able to work with you to fix any data formatting issues, but cannot advise on design decisions.
Do we need to prepare our BIM model before handing it over?+
No special preparation is needed. Hand over your completed design model as-is. Our team audits the model, identifies what needs to change for IFC+SG compliance, and handles the conversion and remediation. The only requirement is that your model reflects the final design intent for the submission gateway.
How much does CORENET X BIM Services cost?+
The COX Compliance Package is priced per discipline, per project. If you are coordinating multiple disciplines (Architecture + Structure + MEP), each discipline is a separate engagement. The package includes the IFC+SG Validator, professional BIM services, and CORENET X training.
